§ 10201 — Definitions

Delaware·Title 29·Part General Regulations for State Agencies·Ch. 102 DELAWARE LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT AND SUNSET ACT

As used in this chapter:

(1)“Committee” means the Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee established by this chapter.
(2)“Committee staff” means the employees of the Division of Legislative Services who are assigned to support the Committee.
(3)“Entity” means a regulatory, administrative, advisory, executive, or legislative body of this State, including a board, bureau, commission, department, division, committee, council, association, authority, or organized body established by an act of the General Assembly of this State that meets any of the following: a. Is given authority in the Delaware Code to regulate a business, occupation, or profession. b. Is supported in whole or in part by public funds. c. Expends or disburses public funds. d. Is specifically charged by a p
