§ 401 — Authority for horse racing in Kent County on five-eighths mile track
Horse racing for stake, purse or reward at and upon a race track of no less than5/8of a mile in circumference may be conducted in Kent County subject to this chapter. Such horse racing may be conducted during either daylight or evening hours, or both.
