Text

Upon authority of the Superintendent, any person that has engaged in or is about to engage in any act or practice that constitutes a violation of any provision of this chapter or any promulgated rule or regulation, the Director may request the Attorney General to make an application to the Court of Chancery for an order enjoining such acts or practices or for an order directing compliance and, upon a showing by the Director that such person has engaged in any such act or practice, a permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order, or other order may be granted.
