§ 4406 — Issuance of certificate of title

Delaware·Title 21·Part Operation and Equipment·Ch. 44 ABANDONED VEHICLES

The Secretary of Transportation shall issue a certificate of title to the purchaser of a vehicle sold pursuant to this chapter.
