§ 3105 — Issuance of replacement cards; fee [For application of this section, see 85 Del. Laws, c. 40, § 15]

Delaware·Title 21·Part Registration, Title and Licenses·Ch. 31 NONDRIVER IDENTIFICATION CARDS
(a)In the event that any identification card issued under this chapter is lost or destroyed, the person to whom it was issued may apply to the Division for the issuance of a replacement identification card upon executing such forms as may be required by the Division and upon furnishing proof satisfactory to the Division that such identification card has been lost or destroyed.
(b)In the event a name change is requested for any identification card issued under this chapter, the person to whom it was issued may apply to the Division for the issuance of an updated identification card upon submitting such documentation as may be required by the Division.
(c)Upon receipt of the application and a fee of $10, the Division shall issue a replacement identification card.
