Text

In addition to the powers granted to the Authority by Chapter 13 of this title, the Authority shall have the following powers in addition to those powers granted elsewhere in this chapter:

(1)To issue subordinated indebtedness and to enter into bank loan agreements, lines of credit, letters of credit and other security agreements for the purposes of the Authority;
(2)In its own name or in the name of the State, with the approval of the State, to apply for and receive and accept appropriations or grants of property, money, services or reimbursements for money previously spent and other assistance offered or made available to it by or from any person for any lawful corporate purpose of the Authority including, without limitation, grants, appropriations or reimbursements from the state or
