(a)Any interested person in any occupation for which any regulation has been published under this chapter, who has been or may be aggrieved thereby, may obtain a review thereof in the Superior Court by filing in such Court, within 20 days after notice that such regulation will affect the interested person’s business operations or employment conditions or compensation, a petition against the Department as defendant praying that the regulation be modified or revoked. Two copies of the petition shall be served upon the Department by registered mail. Facts determined by the Department, if supported by evidence, shall be conclusive upon the Court.
