§ 2354 — Contribution by 2 or more employers
Delaware·Title 19·Part Workers’ Compensation·Subch. Determination and Payment of Benefits; Procedure
(a)Whenever any employee, for whose injury or death compensation is payable under this chapter, at the time of the injury is in the joint service of 2 or more employers subject to this chapter, such employers shall contribute to the payment of such compensation in proportion to their wage liability to such employee, regardless of for whom such employee was actually working at the time of the injury.
(b)Whenever a petition to determine benefits is pending and 1 of 2 or more employers or 2 or more insurance carriers shall be liable for undisputed benefits arising under § 2322 or § 2324 of this title, the employer or insurance carrier which paid benefits for the first occurrence shall pay all interim benefits arising under § 2322 of this title and temporary total disability benefits at the
