Text
(a)The Commissioner may examine and investigate the affairs of a licensee to determine whether the licensee has been or is engaged in any conduct in violation of this chapter. The Commissioner’s power under this section is in addition to the powers the Commissioner has under § 318 of this title. An examination or investigation must be conducted under § 320 through § 322 of this title.
(b)If the Commissioner has reason to believe that a licensee has been or is engaged in conduct in this State that violates this chapter, the Commissioner may take necessary or appropriate action to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
