§ 6532 — Payment of premium allocations
Delaware·Title 18·Part Insurance·Ch. 65 INSURANCE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE STATE·Subch. Self-Insurance
The estimated appropriation necessary for each fiscal year shall be determined by the Insurance Coverage Office and submitted to the Secretary of the Department of Human Resources for review and consideration as part of the annual budget requested by the Department. Upon appropriation by the General Assembly, the funds shall be utilized for the purposes of paying coverages.
