§ 4102 — Attorneys’ fees

The court upon rendering judgment against any insurer upon any policy of property insurance, as “property” insurance is defined in § 904 of this title, shall allow the plaintiff a reasonable sum as attorneys’ fees to be taxed as part of the costs.
