Text
(a)The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction to vacate public roads, bridges and all other rights-of-way, including, but not limited to, alleys, pathways, walkways and the like, whether within the jurisdiction of the Department, the county in which it is located, municipalities, towns, any governmental authority or the general public, including areas not within the jurisdiction of a governmental authority, but for which the general public or specific members of the public have acquired an interest. The Court shall, in its final order, decide all questions raised concerning the vacation or collateral issues including the award of damages and shall further have the authority to review any decision made by the Department, county or other governmental authority concerning the abandonment or
