Text

(a)The Secretary shall establish an Overdose System of Care Committee to assist in oversight of the overdose system of care.
(1)The Co-Chairs of the Overdose System of Care Committee are as follows: a. The Director of the Division of Public Health, or a designee appointed by the Director of the Division of Public Health. b. The Director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, or a designee appointed by the Director of the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.
(2)The Overdose System of Care Committee must include all of the following, appointed by the Secretary: a. One member from the Department of Homeland Security. b. One member from the Department of Correction. c. The Director of the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance or their designee. d. One
