Delaware Statutes
§ 8605 — Penalty
(a)Whoever violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 or more than $1000.
(b)The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of this chapter.
