§ 7404 — Authority on Radiation Protection

Delaware·Title 16·Part Safety·Ch. 74 RADIATION CONTROL
(a)There is created an Authority on Radiation Protection which shall be governed in accordance with Authority bylaws, established to ensure integrity, accountability, and transparency regarding decisions of the Authority which impact the citizens of Delaware. The Authority shall consist of the following members:
(1)The Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services or a designee appointed by the Secretary.
(2)The Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control or a designee appointed by the Secretary.
(3)Thirteen members, appointed by the Governor to include: a. A Delaware licensed doctor of medicine or osteopathy. b. A Delaware licensed dentist. c. A Delaware licensed doctor of medicine or osteopathy specializing in radiology. d. A Delaware
