§ 6710 — Advisory committee on ambulance service

Delaware·Title 16·Part Safety·Ch. 67 AUTHORITY OF FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND FIRE POLICE WITHIN THE STATE
(a)For the purpose of assisting the Commission in developing standards for use in the administration of this chapter, there is hereby created the advisory committee on ambulance service. The advisory committee shall be composed of 8 members, whose names shall be submitted to the Commission by resolution of the following respective organizations: 6 representatives, 2 from each county from the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter’s Association, 1 representative from the nonfire department owned volunteer ambulance organizations, and 1 representative from the privately owned ambulance companies. Each representative shall serve at the pleasure of the organization which the representative represents and the representative successor shall be chosen in like manner.
