Text

This subchapter shall be enforceable by the Attorney General or by any interested citizen. Within the meaning of this section, “interested citizen” shall include any individual, voluntary association of individuals or corporate body having a bona fide interest in furthering enforcement of the rights created by this subchapter. Notwithstanding 10 Del.

C.§ 342, the Court of Chancery shall have jurisdiction over all actions, including those requesting declaratory relief, to enforce or resolve disputes concerning the rights arising out of this subchapter.
