§ 2304 — Penalties
Delaware·Title 16·Part Regulatory Provisions Concerning Public Health·Ch. 23 CAUSTIC ALKALI, ACIDS OR CORROSIVE SUBSTANCES
Whoever violates this chapter shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.
