Text

Whoever:

(1)Forges or falsely makes the official endorsement of any ballot or envelope; or
(2)Prints or causes to be printed any imitation ballot or envelope or circulates the same; or
(3)Conspires with other persons or induces or attempts to induce any other person to do any of such acts, whether or not any of such acts are committed or attempted to be committed, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or may be imprisoned not more than 5 years.
