Text
(a)Each person appointed under § 2001 of this title shall take and subscribe before the Department before beginning such person’s duties the following oath (or affirmation):
I, ________________________________________________________________, residing in ________________________________ election district of the representative district in ________________________ county, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Delaware, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of registration officer in ________________________ county, according to the best of my ability.
