§ 1905 — Law applicable
Delaware·Title 15·Part Registration of Voters·Ch. 19 REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES, RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND CITIZENS RESIDING OUTSIDE OF THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE UNITED STATES
All the provisions in this title relating to registration of voters in general, as provided by law, shall apply as far as pertinent to this chapter.
