Text

(a)This chapter is administered by the Delaware Higher Education Office, hereinafter referred to as the “Office.”
(b)The Office is authorized to award student financial aid from the programs described in this chapter subject to the limits of appropriations for this purpose.
(c)The Department of Education, through the Office and subject to the approval of the State Board of Education, is authorized to adopt rules and regulations to implement this subchapter and the student assistance programs that it administers.
(d)[Repealed.]
(e)The Office shall inform college financial aid officers and high school counselors within the State of application procedures and deadlines.
(f)Unless otherwise provided, no student is eligible for student assistance programs authorized in this chapter w
