For each day’s absence for reasons other than those permitted under § 1318 of this title, there shall be deducted1/185in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999;1/187in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000;1/188for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001; and each succeeding fiscal year, of the annual salary;1/204in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999;1/206in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000;1/207for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001; and each succeeding fiscal year, of the annual salary;1/222for an employee who is employed for 12 months, for each day of unexcused absence.
