§ 1309 — Administrative assistant classifications and salary supplement for additional training [For application of this section, see 84 Del. Laws, c. 295, § 8(m)(6)]

(a) The Department of Education shall establish rules and regulations for the assignment of an administrative assistant classification to personnel employed pursuant to § 1308 of this title who are not otherwise classified.

(b) An administrative assistant I, II, or III shall receive as a salary the amount for which the employee qualifies under § 1308(a) of this title, plus an annual amount for additional training as defined by the Department of Education as follows:
