§ 2327 — Confidentiality of proceedings
Delaware·Title 13·Ch. 23 GUARDIANSHIP OF A CHILD·Subch. General Procedures for Appointment of Guardians
All proceedings under this chapter shall be held before the Court privately, but for reasons appearing sufficient to the Court, the hearing may be public.
