§ 2712 — Order for disposition of surplus
Delaware·Title 12·Part Administration of Decedents’ Estates·Ch. 27 SALE OF LANDS BY EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS
The Court of Chancery, upon the petition of an executor or administrator, shall give direction for the payment or disposal of the surplus.
