§ 9106 — Penalties
Delaware·Title 11·Part Victims of Crimes·Ch. 91 DISTRIBUTION OF MONEYS RECEIVED AS RESULT OF COMMISSION OF CRIME
Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
