§ 301 — Places of holding Court
Delaware·Title 10·Part Organization, Powers, Jurisdiction and Operation of Courts·Ch. 3 COURT OF CHANCERY·Subch. Organization and Operation
The Court of Chancery shall be held:
(1)In New Castle County, at Wilmington;
(2)In Kent County, at Dover; and
(3)In Sussex County, at Georgetown.
