§ 1305 — Places of holding Court
Delaware·Title 10·Part Organization, Powers, Jurisdiction and Operation of Courts·Ch. 13 THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FOR THE STATE OF DELAWARE·Subch. Organization and Operation
Court shall be held:
(1)In New Castle County, at Wilmington;
(2)In Kent County, at Dover; and
(3)In Sussex County, at Georgetown.
