Text

(a)The Director shall deploy Parking Enforcement Management Administration staff and resources to prioritize:
(1)Unidentifiable vehicles, abandoned vehicles, and dangerous vehicles;
(2)Vehicles eligible for immobilization and impoundment as a result of vehicle infraction points assessed pursuant to §50-2451(b) [Not Funded]; and
(3)Safety-sensitive parking violations.
