Text
(1)“Department” means the Department of Motor Vehicles.
(2)“Director” means the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles.
(3)“Flood Vehicle” means a motor vehicle that has been submerged to the point that water entered the passenger or trunk compartments.
(3A) "Junk Vehicle" means a vehicle that:
(A)The Department has determined is incapable of operation for use on the roads or highways and has no resale value except as a source of parts or scrap; or
(B)The owner voluntarily designates as a Junk Vehicle pursuant to this chapter .
(3B) "Junk Vehicle Certificate" means a certificate issued by the Department designating a vehicle as a Junk Vehicle.
(4)“Motor Vehicle” means any vehicle propelled by an internal combustion engine, electricity, or steam, including any non-ope
