Text

(a)There is established as a special fund the Eastern Market Enterprise Fund ("Fund"), which shall be administered by the Department of General Services in accordance with subsections (d) and (e) of this section.
(b)All revenues, proceeds, and moneys from whatever source derived that are collected or received by the Department of General Services on behalf of Eastern Market shall be deposited into the Fund.
(c)Repealed.
(d)Money in the Fund shall be used for the following purposes:
(1)To fund all expenses related to the management and maintenance of the Eastern Market Special Use Area; and
(2)Up to $5,000 per fiscal year to fund the operating expenses of the Eastern Market Community Advisory Committee, including the creation and preservation of meeting records, printing, cop
