§ 11-1721 — Clerks of courts.
District of Columbia·Title 11 Organization and Jurisdiction of the Courts. [Enacted title]·Ch. 17 Administration of District of Columbia Courts.·Subch. II Court Personnel.
The District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Superior Court shall each have a clerk who shall perform such duties as may be assigned to the clerk.
