§ 8-75 — Veterans' preference.

As among applicants eligible for occupancy at the rent involved whose needs for housing accommodations are substantially equal, as determined by the developer, preference shall be given to veterans. As used in this section, “veteran” has the same meaning as provided in section 27-103.
