The powers conferred by this part shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law, and nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting any other powers of a housing authority. *See Sec. 8-119kk re program of rental assistance for persons residing in state-assisted rental housing for the elderly.
