(a)(1) Not later than March 31, 2024, and annually thereafter, each municipality shall report to the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, in a form and manner to be prescribed by the commissioner, for the previous calendar year, (A) the number of new dwelling units permitted in such municipality, including specifying how many new dwelling units are located within single family, two-to-four family and more than four-family homes; and (B) the number of dwelling units demolished in such municipality.
(2)Not later than December 31, 2023, each municipality shall report the information specified in subdivision (1) of this subsection for each calendar year from 2018 to 2022, inclusive.
