Text

(a)No zoning regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter or any special act shall prohibit any community residence in any area which is zoned to allow structures containing two or more dwelling units.
(b)No zoning regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter or any special act shall prohibit any project, as defined in subdivision (16) of section 10a-109c , in any area which is zoned to allow commercial structures. See Sec. 19a-507a for definition of “community residence”.
