§ 8-381 — Regulations.
Connecticut·Title 8 Zoning, Planning, Housing and Economic and Community Development·Ch. 138e Housing Development Zones
The Commissioner of Housing shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 to establish such additional qualifications for designation as a housing development zone and such other requirements as necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
