§ 8-252a — Issuance of bonds secured by payments and other revenues to be received by the state with respect to loans made by the state under bond-financed housing programs.

(a)The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority is authorized to issue bonds secured by a pledge of principal and interest payments and other revenues to be received by the state with respect to any loans made by the state under any bond-financed housing program, as defined in section 8-37qq. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the issuance of such bonds shall be governed by the provisions of section 8-252. Such bonds may be guaranteed by the authority, which guarantee may be a general obligation of the authority.
