§ 8-214h — Regulations.
Connecticut·Title 8 Zoning, Planning, Housing and Economic and Community Development·Ch. 133 Housing, Redevelopment and Urban Renewal and Human Resource Development Programs
The Commissioner of Housing shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the purposes of sections 8-214f and 8-214g.
