Text

(a)The commissioner may receive and accept aid or contributions of funds from any source to be held, used and applied to carry out the purposes of section 8-169 l and section 8-216b, subject to such terms and conditions as may have been imposed by the donor, including any department, agency or instrumentality of the United States or the state.
(b)For the purposes of section 8-169 l and section 8-216b , the State Bond Commission shall have power, from time to time, to authorize the issuance of bonds of the state in one or more series and in principal amounts, not exceeding in the aggregate seven million five hundred thousand dollars.
