Text

(a)No activity under a community development plan which is inconsistent with any development plan, harbor improvement plan, housing site development plan, redevelopment plan or urban renewal plan, or modification of such plan shall be undertaken until appropriate conforming amendments are adopted in accordance with the provisions of sections 8-136, 8-200 and 13b-56.
(b)(1) No activity under a community development plan or modification of such plan which would require the preparation and adoption of a new development plan, harbor improvement plan, housing site development plan, redevelopment plan or urban renewal plan shall be undertaken until such development, harbor improvement, housing site development, redevelopment or urban renewal plan is adopted pursuant to section 8-127 , 8-191 or
