Text

On or before June 30, 2017, a municipality may file with the Commissioner of Housing an application for preliminary determination of eligibility for a zone adoption payment pursuant to subsection (a) of section 8-13s. Such application shall:

(1)Identify and describe the boundaries of the proposed incentive housing zone or zones;
(2)Identify, describe and calculate the developable land within the proposed incentive housing zone or zones;
(3)Identify and describe existing and potential residential development and the potential for reuse of existing or underutilized buildings within the zone or zones;
(4)Calculate the number of residential units that may be constructed in the zone or zones if the proposed regulations are approved based on developable land and the minimum as-of-right densi
