§ 8-119ll — Comprehensive assessment of rental assistance for elderly persons and persons with disabilities.

Annually, the Department of Housing in consultation with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority shall conduct a comprehensive assessment of current and future needs for rental assistance under section 8-119kk for housing projects for elderly persons and persons with disabilities in this state. Such analyses shall be incorporated into the report required pursuant to section 8-37qqq.
