§ 8-114c — Mobile manufactured homes. Transfer to municipal housing authorities.

In addition to any grant of state assistance to housing authorities for rental housing for elderly persons, pursuant to section 8-114a, the state may transfer, at no cost, to any municipal housing authority any mobile manufactured home received by the state from the federal government for disaster relief under the federal Disaster Relief Act of 1974, 42 USC 5121 et seq., as from time to time amended, provided nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize any action by the state which is contrary to the provisions of any contract between the state and the federal government under said act.
