Text
The town treasurer shall keep a record of all town orders presented to him for payment, whether he pays the same or not, showing to whom the same were given and the amounts, dates and numbers thereof, and shall make sworn report to the town at its annual town meeting of all outstanding town orders, with the names of the persons to whom given and the amount, date and number thereof and the interest thereon. See Sec. 7-13 re procedure for selectman's drawing order on treasurer.
