Text
Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, no collective bargaining agreement entered into on or after July 1, 2018, between a municipality and an employee organization that is the exclusive representative of the municipality's employees shall contain any provision limiting the ability of the municipality to permit volunteer services for the maintenance of buildings and grounds, provided there is no impact on the wages or conditions of employment of represented employees.
