§ 7-459a — Survivors' benefits authorized.

Connecticut·Title 7 Municipalities·Ch. 113 Municipal Employees

Any municipality participating in this part may, by vote of its legislative body, provide survivors' benefits for the widows of persons covered by this part. See Sec. 7-450 re amendment of retirement or pension system to provide for survivors' benefits.
