Text
Any employee of a redevelopment agency of a municipality which has included such agency within the provisions of this part shall be given retirement credit for prior service to such agency upon payment of a sum equal to that which he would have paid had such service been covered by the provisions of this part, plus five per cent interest per annum for each year of service prior to passage of such resolution, such sum to be paid within one year of the passage of such resolution. See Sec. 7-427 re municipalities' participation in retirement fund.
