Not later than January 1, 2025, and quarterly thereafter, the Connecticut Port Authority shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation and appropriations and the budgets of state agencies that shall include the following:
(1)A description of the authority's work to support grants under the Small Harbor Improvement Projects Program;
(2)a description of the authority's dredging activities and the needs concerning dredging in harbors in the state;
(3)a description of the authority's marketing activities on behalf of maritime communities in the state; and (4) a staffing plan to handle the needs of the authority.
